The Transport Accident Commission

We are an authorised supplier of the Transport Accident Commission.

The TAC is a Victorian Government-owned organization whose role is to promote road safety, support those who have been injured on our roads and help them get their lives back on track.

The Transport Accident Commission is the statutory insurer of third-party personal liability for road accidents in the State of Victoria, Australia. It was established under the Transport Accident Act 1986.

Its purpose is to fund treatment and support services for people injured in transport accidents.
